The key advantage of the design is the creation of a diverse range of micro-spaces around the complex. The main entrance to the administrative section—offices—is organized from Lenktoji Street in the northern part. A micro-space along Kęstučio Street highlights the entrance to the commercial premises. In the southeastern corner of the site, stairs lead to a recessed inner courtyard designed for city visitors. This space connects with another area in the western part of the site, designated for office employees.
